How to request a reproduction

Quick steps on how to obtain copies of archival materials in a range of formats.

Payment must be received before processing begins and reproductions are delivered electronically or by mail, depending on your request.

Reproduction fees

Digital reproductions can be requested in a range of digital formats to suit your research or personal needs, with archivists providing files such as scans or digital media copies based on availability and the original material.

Format

  • Standard scan (PDF/JPEG)
  • High-resolution scan (TIFF)

Price

  • $15 per image
  • $25 per image

Important notes

  • Some fragile or restricted items may not be eligible for reproduction.
  • Reproductions are provided for research or private study unless usage 
rights are cleared.
  • All reproductions must be properly credited: Ontario Jewish Archives, Blankenstein Family Heritage Centre.
  • Publishing, broadcast, or exhibition use may require licensing fees.
